At Hard Luck Creations, we aim to ship orders quickly and safely.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days after payment.

• Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, product drops, or busy periods.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates begin after your order ships.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Free shipping applies only when stated.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs, or carrier issues.

If your package appears lost, contact the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us.

Marked as Delivered

Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging

• Photos of the damaged product

We will review the claim and work toward a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once in production or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change.
